Made big changes to your alcohol or drug use already but not sure where to start planning the next step? Are you anxious about being able to stay abstinent after a detox, or worried that you don’t have the experience, confidence or support that you need to leave treatment? Detox Preparation Group – 10am-12pm (last Thursday of the month)

Art Therapy LS14 Trust – 10am-11.30pm
Come and create something of your own from a variety of materials in a safe supportive environment. Engaging the creative aspect of your mind can enhance wellbeing, improve attention and reduces stress. You don’t have to be Picasso to get something out of Art Therapy.
