5 WAYS DayHab

The 5 WAYS DayHab Programme is here to help those who:

  • Are ready to embrace life substance-free but need some extra support to keep the momentum going
  • Have commitments that make it hard to go to a residential rehab
  • Have found boredom or lack of routine led them back to old habits in the past

We’re here to keep you motivated, help you handle cravings, and give you the confidence to not just stay sober but thrive in your recovery journey.

At 5 WAYS, we believe recovery is so much more than just “not using.” It’s about feeling fulfilled, discovering purpose, and having fun building a new, positive you. We’ll also equip you with the resilience to handle life’s obstacles with ease.

Our programme is inspired by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a proven framework to make your recovery journey as rewarding as possible:

  • Take Notice – Get more in tune with the world around you, your thoughts, and emotions. You’ll learn to appreciate the little things in life and discover new ways to enjoy every moment.
  • Be Active – Whether it’s moving your body or finding a fun new activity, physical movement is great for boosting confidence and lifting your mood. We’ll show you how to enjoy being active, no matter your level of fitness.
  • Learn – Discover new things about yourself and the world around you. Picking up new skills can spark your creativity, increase self-esteem, and give you the courage to try something new.
  • Give – Helping others is a fantastic way to boost your self-worth and make meaningful connections. Whether you’re sharing your time, talents, or experiences, you’ll feel more positive and valued.
  • Connect – You’re not alone on this journey! Building strong relationships with your fellow participants and the recovery community will help you feel understood and supported.

You’ll join a small group of participants, working alongside our friendly and passionate Recovery Coaches. They’re here to cheer you on, give you the guidance you need, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every day.

Our programme runs Monday to Friday for 12 weeks, so you’ll have plenty of time to bond, grow, and have fun while making lasting changes.

Plus, you’ll get connected with the 5 WAYS aftercare service, where you can explore even more activities, groups, and support networks. It’s a place where you can keep the positive support going long after the programme ends.
