Understanding Addiction and Recovery
A short group work programme that explores how addiction develops, its impact on behaviour and thinking, and the process of recovery and change.

Wednesday

2.00pm-3.00pm
Reintegration & Recovery

For individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system. The group focuses on helping individuals reintegrate back into society through learning self-development, addressing stigma, trauma, and individual concerns, learning different theories and empowering ourselves—all with the support of peers and the sharing of good practices.

Thursday

2.00pm – 3.30pm
SMART Recovery

A research-based mutual aid group that teaches rational, easy to learn and self-empowering skills to help people recover from any type of addictive behaviour.

Friday

1.00pm – 2.00pm
Mind Your Head
Learn some simple techniques to help you become calmer, more resilient and more able to cope with difficult and unhelpful thoughts, feelings and impulses.
