Exploring feelings that come up in your recovery and how to deal with them differently.

2.00 – 4.00 Get Crafty – Arts and Crafts session at 5 WAYS (advance booking necessary)

2.00 – 4.00 Using SMART Tools – Zoom Meeting

Wednesdays

10.00 onwards Walking Group – Meet at 5 WAYS (advance booking necessary)
Join us once a fortnight to explore Leeds and surrounding areas. All levels welcome.

Which Way Now explores a breadth of issues to help participants move from detox into recovery.

Thursdays

11.00 – 12.00 Relaxation – Come and do some relaxing guided meditation and chill out

1.30 – 3.30 Wonder Women – at 5 WAYS (advance booking necessary)
Empowerment for women, with holistic and emotional wellbeing

4.00 – 5.00 Yoga – at 5 WAYS (advance booking necessary)
All levels welcome for exercise for the mind and body

6.30 – 8.00 Recovery Check-in – Zoom Meeting

Come and meet with your peers for a dance and fitness group.

Each week tackling a different topic, usually around maintaining good mental health and wellbeing.
