Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Working Together Champions work across Forward Leeds to ensure individuals accessing our services, staff and volunteers are being included and considered. This role is to assist Forward Leeds Working Together / EDI Champions to create opportunities for people who use/have used our services to be involved in Working Together & EDI Activities
Tasks will include:
- Promoting and encouraging people to be involved in Working Together Groups and activities
- Supporting people to complete identified consultations and surveys
- Supporting recruitment of staff and volunteers – for example being part of an interview panel as a representative of people who use/have used our services
- Helping your Working Together / EDI Champion to take forward any ideas/actions discussed in group meetings and feedback to the group
