As Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and supervise a team of front-line workers, providing essential support to clients dealing with mental health, substance misuse, and complex issues.

- Lead and supervise a team of front-line workers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Support and empower the team to effectively engage and work with sensitive clients, addressing their unique needs with empathy and understanding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, collaborating closely with the support team to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner agencies, stakeholders, and other service providers.
- Manage the team’s caseloads, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of interventions, and maintaining high-quality service provision.
- Work closely with the team to set and achieve performance targets, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
