As a Senior Alcohol and Substance worker in our Focussed Intervention team, you will be at the forefront our service. Your role will be to line manage a number of staff within the team whilst also carrying a caseload of service users, supporting them to make changes to their drug and alcohol use.
You will be leading on the planning and delivery of exciting campaigns and events, designed to promote the service and communicate information to the general public. Events will include Leeds Pride, alcohol awareness week and Leeds Festival 2024.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience of supporting people to make changes to their alcohol and drugs use. They will also have experience of delivering effective interventions to promote positive change.
We are looking for people with line management experience and for someone approachable who feels confident in being able to engage with members of the public.
