- Comprehensive Care: Managing a caseload of individuals struggling with non-opiate and / or alcohol misuse, by devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
- Empowerment: Facilitating and promoting individuals’ progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery.
- Community Well-Being: Reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Multidisciplinary Approach: Engaging in multidisciplinary work with external partners, including GPs, social care, hospital teams, and other healthcare professionals.
