The Focused Intervention Team supports service users who present with a range of substance misuse issues which includes non-dependent alcohol use and work specifically with service users with non-opiate substance misuse issues.
This role plays a critical part in making a difference to service users’ lives, through working proactively to support service users reach their recovery goals, enhance their wellbeing, and realise their full potential.
The Recovery Coordinator is an integral member of a dynamic multi-agency team, delivering comprehensive and tailored individual interventions that will include delivery of a full range of structured, one to one, support.
The role is designed to provide holistic support to adult service users and to coordinate their alcohol and drug treatment, including assessment, recovery coordination, PSI delivery and multi-agency working.
