An exciting opportunity to join our newly funded OHID OTC/POM team, based at the Armley Hub.
Key duties will include:
- a small caseload, supporting people to make positive changes to their opioid/opiate based over the counter or prescribed opioid medication use.
- Building a network with local GPs, pharmacies, and healthcare services with the aim of increasing numbers into treatment and successful treatment completions.
- Being an integral member of the dynamic multi-agency team developing comprehensive and tailored individual interventions.
- A trauma informed approach to improve individual health outcomes while working alongside motivated multi-disciplinary teams to support tailored individual interventions.
