We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join us as our Lead Nurse, this is a new post and will complement a growing trauma-Informed clinical services team. The team consists of Doctors, Psychologists, Nurses, Independent Prescribers, Health Care Assistants and Administrators. This experienced, committed, and motivated teamwork alongside Recovery Coordinators, to ensure Service Users’ individual needs are attended to in an efficient, safe, and effective way, and to meet our provider obligations.
You will have the responsibility to drive health care activity across the service. As a qualified Nurse Independent Prescriber, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of robust health care assessment pathways, including respiratory health; cardiovascular health; blood-borne viruses (BBV); wound care; liver health; hepatitis immunisation; and GP liaison. You will be committed to providing high quality care, within a large multidisciplinary team, to a service user group often presenting with multiple and complex drug and alcohol needs and associated physical and mental health challenges.
