As a member of the team, based at one of our three hubs, you will be at the forefront of Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service. Your role will be to work with people who identify as having problems with drugs and/or alcohol, as well as housing related issues.
Your role involves delivering appropriate support and interventions to enable people to address their substance misuse and maintain accommodation appropriate to their needs. This may include working with people who have their own homes, an LCC tenancy, rent from a private landlord or are in temporary or supported accommodation.
You will be working with partners across the service internally and developing external partnerships, including working alongside Leeds Housing Options
