The role:
- Support clients with obtaining suitable accommodation and support tenancy sustainment
- Undertake outreach sessions, including referral agencies and other stakeholders to publicise
- Facilitate drop in sessions
- Provide advice within an office or an outreach setting
- To attend any relevant multi-agency meetings as required
- To share any concerns with a staff member
- To respect peoples’ differences
- Contacting people for feedback on their experience
- Supporting staff with admin responsibilities and relevant paperwork
- Potential to support on home visits.
- Support service users with bidding in a community hub setting.
