We are currently looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our recovery coordination team.
Our teams provide support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use and our new Health Care Assistant roles will ensure that we are able to provide specialist, tailored support to enable service users to make positive changes and give us the knowledge and resources to be able to reach and engage people with a range of needs within our communities.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work within our clinical teams to support and undertake substance misuse and clinical interventions, Phlebotomy, Fibroscanning, ECGS, wellbeing triages and other appropriate clinical interventions.
You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every service users’ package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person
