Are you someone who cares about helping others? Do you want to be part of a team that supports people who are facing challenges with substance use? We’re looking for a Harm Reduction Social Support Worker to join us at Forward Leeds and make a positive impact in the community.
You’ll be working with people who are struggling with substance-related issues, helping them access the support they need. It’s all about being a friendly, supportive advocate who ensures their health and social needs are met. Plus, you’ll be working closely with other services to make sure everyone gets the help they deserve.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting people affected by substance use
- Speaking up for them and making sure they get the right help
- Building relationships with other services and finding new ways to support the community
