We are currently looking an Employment Specialist to join our team.
Vital to the role is understanding the importance of good employment and the role it can play in the lives of those facing multiple challenges, as well as being able to work with a range of employers to seek and establish quality routes into employment.
The Forward Leeds IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into employment from the specialist drug and alcohol services. Employment specialist roles will be co-located within these teams working closely alongside recovery service staff to support a small caseload of service users into employment opportunities. Employment Specialists will provide intensive support to both the individual and the employer to ensure the placement outcome is a success.
