Our IPS team is driven by the mission to empower individuals accessing recovery services and facilitate their successful transition into sustainable employment. Working in close collaboration with our recovery service staff, the Employment Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting a small caseload of service users in securing meaningful employment opportunities.

- As an Employment Specialist, you will offer a personalised and tailored employment service to individuals accessing recovery at Forward Leeds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing career coaching, CV writing, and interview techniques to enhance employment prospects.
- Building strong connections with local and national employers to create employment opportunities.
- Representing Forward Leeds at job fairs and community events to promote employment services.
- Embracing mobility by working across different sites and engaging in community-based work.
- Guiding and supporting individuals on their journey to quick and successful employment as part of their recovery process.
