We have 3 exciting Clinical Lead opportunities available, based at one of our sites in Armley, Kirkgate, or Seacroft. You will be promoting the effective use of evidence-based treatment approaches to provide an opportunity for sustained recovery from dependent and problematic substance misuse.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to provide clinical leadership to the hub, working alongside hub managers and the Clinical Director to ensure the safe and effective delivery of drug and alcohol interventions for clients accessing treatment.
You will enable supervision, support with staff one to one’s and appraisals, return to work and support new clinicians where required. You will ensure that you have a “whole person” holistic focus, with an understanding that services need to include all areas of wellbeing, not just substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
