You will be promoting the effective use of evidence-based treatment approaches to provide an opportunity for sustained recovery from dependent and problematic substance misuse. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to provide clinical leadership to the hub within a multi-disciplinary team and as part of a wider service, working alongside hub managers and the Clinical Director to ensure the safe and effective delivery of drug and alcohol interventions for clients accessing treatment at the hub.
You will enable supervision and support of staff in their clinical setting. Support with staff one to one’s and appraisals, return to work and support new clinicians where required. Effective use of evidence-based treatment approaches to provide an opportunity for sustained recovery from dependent and problematic substance misuse. You will ensure that you have a “whole person” holistic focus, with an understanding that services need to include all areas of wellbeing, not just substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
