Clinical / General Administration Team Leader

As team leader, you will be responsible for smooth running of the clinical admin team. The role will involve working closely with the clinical and assistant clinical director.
This is an interesting and rewarding role which each successful applicant will be based at one of our 3 hubs across Leeds.

Key roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Line management of the clinical administrators
  • Responsibility for the day to day running of the clinical admin team
  • Completing clinical standard / CQC audits
  • Contributing to Key performance indicator (KPI) reports
  • Ordering of prescriptions, emergency mediation and vaccinations
  • Appointment management including creating and adding new rotas
