About the role…
Main responsibilities will include the following:
- To provide direct admin support to the Clinical Director, deputy and the hub leads.
- To support the Chairs of various clinical meetings within the FL Governance Framework ensuring that invites, papers and actions are sent out in a timely manner.
- To attend meetings and produce minutes within timescales.
- To liaise with the HR department and the Management Team to oversee the completion of mandatory training and completion of the FL quarterly return.
- To support the clinical director and hub leads in liaising with HR department in relation to recruitment, onboarding, induction of new staff.
About you…
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Working flexibility is essential for this role.
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration.
- An understanding or experience in Drug and Alcohol services would be beneficial.
