The BRIC (Building Recovery in Communities) Workers work closely with our treatment service, engaging those leaving treatment to provide aftercare support so they can sustain their recovery and remain drug or alcohol-free.
As a BRIC Coordinator, you will lead in building, developing and strengthening sustainable peer-led recovery support services and recovery communities across Leeds, including our recovery academy, 5 Ways.
You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every person’s package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You can really make a difference by believing in the people we support and their ability to make positive changes when they don’t always believe in themselves.
