The Assistant Clinical Service Director is an integral member of a dynamic multi agency team. The role will be part of the senior management team within Forward Leeds.The successful applicant will be from a nursing background, providing expert and dynamic leadership to our team of highly skilled and experienced clinical hub leads whilst ensuring the service remains at the forefront of innovation and evidence base.
Key responsibilities will include:
Line management of site leads
Recruitment across hubs
Overarching management of health care assistants
Responsibility over clinical mandatory training
Infection control lead
