We are currently looking to build our Recovery Co-ordination teams, with some exciting and newly created opportunities at Forward Leeds. Our teams provide support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use. As an Apprentice Recovery Coordinator, you can expect the following:
- You will be supported to build the skills and knowledge to be able to provide specialist, tailored support to enable service users to make positive changes.
- You will work towards managing a caseload by creating, implementing, and reviewing recovery and treatment plans.
- You will contribute towards reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
- You will work towards completing the Level 2 apprenticeship in Adult Care with a local training provider. This will include achieving Level 1 in functional skills (Maths & English) if you haven’t already.
