The purpose of this role is to manage and supervise a team of Alcohol and Substance Workers which deliver early interventions and prevention-focused, time-limited interventions.
They will organise attendance at external events, as well as the staffing and delivery of events. The role will involve supervising the team, monitoring performance management and supporting learning and development. The successful person will need to maintain a high level of knowledge of recovery focussed drug and alcohol interventions.
