This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced drug and alcohol worker to be part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Early Help Hubs that support families and young people. The Hubs are part of Families First which is seen as an exemplar nationally. These posts will play a critical part in transforming early help and making a difference to children and families.
The successful candidate will be based in the West Early Help Hub (Rawdon) and be part of a multi-disciplinary team of workers. They will be expected to provide early advice, support and signposting, helping family’s access treatment when required. They will also be required to advise and support professionals working with families and provide training and group work.
