About the role…
- You will support the Service Manager and the senior workers in the team with general admin tasks including tracking referrals and caseloads.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a first point of contact for those contacting the service.
- Coordinate timely responses to enquiries made by telephone, email etc.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of the services.
- Inputting data into SystmOne.
