The Administration Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of administrators and receptionists across the three hubs in Leeds. You will split your working week between all three of our hubs. You will
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the administration function within Forward Leeds.
- Develop the administration function, ensuring the relevant processes are embedded in the service.
- Manage, mentor, coach and ensure the development of staff reporting to you, including volunteers.
- Be involved in delivering appropriate training, recruitment, induction, monitoring performance, managing absence and carrying out performance & development reviews (PDRs).
- Ensure the provision of a high-quality service which is compliant with CQC standards
