Bill kicks off Radio Leeds phone-in

On the 31st of January Bill Owen, the Early Intervention and Prevention Manager for Forward Leeds, appeared on the BBC Radio Leeds Afternoon Show with Nick Ahad. This was to help introduce an item on, “what have you given up for January”.

Bill and Nick discussed Dry January and its potential benefits that can include losing weight, better sleep as well as lower liver fat, lower cholesterol and generally feeling better and more alert.
