Key Responsibilities:
- Line management and supervisory responsibility for designated staff within the street-based recovery coordinator and York Street Health Practice link working team.
- Coordinating service delivery within the rough sleeper and begging community in Leeds to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the street-based recovery coordination team.
- Developing comprehensive and tailored individual interventions in collaboration with a dynamic multi-agency team across the city.
- Supporting the operational running of the Leeds street-based Recovery Coordination team.
- Ensuring case management within the Leeds Recovery Coordination team is effective, enabling a positive service user experience and achievement of service performance requirements.
