Lead Practitioner

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new role within our Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team and are looking for a Lead Practitioner to help us lead the way in delivering efficient and effective services.

Our SPOC team play a pivotal role in responding to inquiries from professionals, service users, family members, and caregivers, ensuring they are directed to the most suitable aspect of our service. Additionally, they conduct client triages and allocate individuals to the appropriate service teams using our established pathways.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Practitioner who can bring passion, dedication, and exceptional leadership skills to our team. Here are the qualifications and qualities we consider essential:
