An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position that has two distinct roles; Non-Medical Prescriber / Clinical Team Manager. The post holder will support the Community Alcohol Team, providing leadership and supervision to 2 NMP’s and a community support worker.
The post holder will run prescribing clinics across 3 sites in Leeds for people experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health problems; prescribing a range of addiction pharmacotherapies. There will be no direct case management, but the post holder will work collaboratively with the case manager, the wider MDT and service users in making decisions relating to treatment plans.
The post holder will deliver specialist psychosocial interventions to people experiencing addiction problems and co-occurring mental health and other complex needs.
They will offer clinical supervision to junior staff and line management supervision to the Community Alcohol Team. The post holder will also be provided with excellent supervision and support in terms of career development and learning.
