The successful candidate will join the multi-disciplinary team at our Kirkgate hub (Leeds City Centre) and will work specifically within the Specialist Addiction Service COMHAD team (Co-occurring Mental Health and Drugs & Alcohol).
The role will include providing specialist addiction treatment, including psychosocial and pharmacological interventions, harm reduction, & risk management to service users with co-existing mental health and/or pregnancy needs.
The successful candidate will hold a caseload as well as delivering psychosocial interventions to service users to support the wider service.
We welcome applications from Non-Medical Prescribers, although not essential. We endeavour to support and develop the role of Non- Medical Prescribers within addiction services.
