This is a new role within this team. As a senior within the team you will be responsible for smooth running of the SPOC team. The team consists of 6 full-time SPOC advisors based in our Armley Park Court hub.
Key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Line management of the single point of contact advisors
- Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the SPOC
- Prepare reports and statistical analysis as required
- Manage the team to ensure that all calls and enquiries are responded to fully and appropriately, within agreed timescales.
