We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with experience of working with children and young people to add to our Family Plus team. The team works with families engaged in drug/ alcohol treatment that require support in order to improve the functioning of the family, provide better outcomes for the children and support the parents towards recovery. The successful candidate will bring experience and knowledge of working with children and young people. They will have delivered 1-1 interventions around health and wellbeing and have a restorative approach. Whilst being part of the family plus team the person will also be required to work independently, be dynamic and proactive. Knowledge of how alcohol and drugs impact on the family/young person is essential to the role.
