We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with experience of working with families and young people effected by substance/alcohol misuse to add to our Family Plus team. The team works with families engaged in treatment with Forward Leeds who require support in order to improve the functioning of the family, provide better outcomes for the children and support the parents towards recovery.
The successful candidate will bring knowledge of family interventions and safeguarding processes and have experience working as part of multi – disciplinary teams. They will also be expected to have knowledge and experience of how families are affected by alcohol and substance use. The post will be based at our Armley Park Court Hub.
