To work in a proactive role to minimise and prevent rough sleeping and begging within the local authority of Leeds by engaging and maintaining clients into treatment. To support individuals to move into supported, more permanent accommodation.
To provide holistic support to adult service users and to coordinate their drug treatment, including assessment, recovery coordination, Psychosocial Interventions (PSI) delivery and multi-agency working. As directed by the Lead Practitioner, the Recovery Coordinator will be an integral member of the dynamic multi-agency team developing comprehensive and tailored individual interventions.
