We are seeking a Lead Practitioner to lead and manage the Harm Reduction Social Support team. You will be expected to have to have knowledge of drug and alcohol interventions, including a grounding in social support and housing. You will be able to engage with people at all levels whilst being solution focused and compassionate. You will also have in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and work within the limits of confidentiality. You will need to be resilient and able to manage change.
You will be overseeing a service which visits clients at the static sites and visit clients in their own homes or on outreach in all areas of Leeds. The service provides range of support to help clients reduce the harm to themselves and others. You will manage aspects of the Forward Leeds Alcohol and drugs treatment consortium scheme and mental health services.
