The 5 WAYS DayHab programme officially launches on Monday, October 7, 2024.
This new recovery service offers people striving for a substance-free life the tools, support, and motivation they need to not just stay abstinent but thrive in their recovery.
Designed to provide flexible, non-residential support, the 5 WAYS DayHab programme is ideal for those who are committed to their recovery journey but face obstacles to attending traditional residential rehab.
Recovery Coach Jo Wilson said: “The 5 WAYS DayHab programme is built around the idea that recovery is about more than simply ‘not using’. It’s about rediscovering life’s joys, building new routines, and embracing a future of fulfilment and purpose.
“The programme draws inspiration from the proven 5 Ways to Wellbeing framework to help people stay motivated, manage their cravings, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s challenges”.
Participants will be guided through the programme through a team of Recovery Coaches and supported by a close-knit group of peers. Together, they’ll work through the programme, building meaningful relationships, learning new skills, and growing through positive experiences.
Running Monday to Friday for 12 weeks, the 5 WAYS DayHab programme provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can grow, connect, and have fun while making lasting changes.
Upon completion, participants have the option to continue engaging through the 5 WAYS aftercare service, which offers further opportunities for activities, groups, and ongoing support.
At the moment the DayHab is only open to people who have been supported by Forward Leeds. For more information contact 5 WAYS at:
