We’ve got Recovery Co-ordinators who are there to help support people with longer term treatment. Recovery Co-ordinators will work alongside people to map out a journey to recovery. The shared plan will often include one to one sessions, support from prescribed medicines if necessary and access to different activities to support recovery. Our recovery workers can refer people for education, employment and training sessions, group-work programmes, housing support and peer mentors.
The Fast Track workers support people who can succeed without the need for longer term treatment. The Fast-Track team focuses on alcohol and problematic (as opposed to dependant) drug use. They support people to engage with other agencies in the city to help people achieve their goals.
The Recovery Coordinators unlock the potential of others. They organise case management and signpost to all of the relevant agencies to smooth the road to recovery. Key to our success are the skills and strengths of the people who seek our help.
