Our various group programmes promote recovery by raising knowledge and awareness; developing recovery skills; promoting changes in thinking, emotion and behaviour. They offer a means to get support from people experiencing the same things that you are.

Mondays

2:00 – 4:00pm Exploring Recovery
A structured session with a different theme every week exploring the issues people encounter at different stages of recovery. Zoom Meeting – see instructions below

Tuesdays

2:00 – 4:00pm Recovery Tracks or Mind Your Head
Recovery Tracks
is a music-based group. Volunteers choose a song for the group to listen to that has meaning to them: After listening to each piece of music, participants are invited to join a discussion to reflect on each one.
With Mind Your Head you can learn some simple techniques to help you become calmer, more resilient and more able to cope with difficult and unhelpful thoughts, feelings and impulses.
These meetings are alternate weeks. They are Zoom Meetings– see instructions below

Thursdays

Informal Mutual Aid Meeting – Zoom Meeting – see instructions below
